One claim cannot cover the next inquiry
“Now fifteen percent more terrace” invites “than what?”, “does it still hold a table for eight?”, and “how do I furnish it in wind?” A board that tries to pre-answer all three becomes unreadably small, and then it is read by nobody.
The printed claim can remain short. The QR behind it can receive the follow-up without covering the model in paragraphs. That split - a terse object in the room, a living page in the hand - is what a presentation gallery actually needs.
Print is still the right first surface
This is not an argument against print. Buyers still need a large, dumb, readable reason to pause. The mark is for the second question, the one that begins after they are already interested.
Put the code where the hand already is: door card, prospectus, kitchen island. Do not hide it in a column of legal. The board does the invitation. The conversation does the work the board cannot.
When they ask, the room can appear
A follow-up about the terrace is not only a sentence. If you have uploaded a walkthrough and described it, the page can present that film while it answers. The board cannot do this. The homepage they might open at home cannot do this in the moment they are standing at the rail.
That is the operational case for a listing QR over a prettier talker. The talker is a claim. The code is a capacity.
Keep the destination honest
If the scan opens a homepage, you have trained people that your codes are decoration. If it opens a conversation that knows this residence, you have trained them to scan the next one.
Honesty here is operational: only publish a mark when the listing files are actually on it. A talking code with nothing to say is worse than no code.
The associate is not replaced
The board and the QR together handle the questions that die before anyone is interrupted. The associate handles the ones that require judgement, a key, or a price that is not on the sheet.
A gallery that tries to make the code do the associate’s work will sound like a brochure. A gallery that lets the code do the board’s leftover work will sound like the house.
